This is actually quite revealing if you allow yourself to think about it.
Internally within Open AI, they have a culture that regularly makes fun of they own customers, support tickets, complains etc. It got so normal to condescend they own user base, that it spilled out in X and roon tweets openly about it without second thought.
They regularly are putting in posts from real people to the model, making it "analyze" the user behavior in a condescending way and pass it around as a joke. And this even bleeds to the product itself.
Its a very simple way to control the narrative to the recent strategies they deploy.
