I was developing a website and using Gemini for advice. I connected through the live mode with camera sharing pointed at my screen. In the middle of the session, out of nowhere, I suddenly heard someone talking to me. The voice sounded like an Asian Indian male — definitely not the voice I have set (mine is set to a female voice).
It lasted maybe three seconds, then the normal Gemini voice came back. I asked Gemini what happened, and the response it gave (screenshot attached) honestly shocked me.
I still don’t know what to make of it. Was this a glitch, a voice model swap, or something more serious?
Has anyone else experienced anything like this with Gemini or other AI assistants?
