By skyforbes Gemini just refused to do what I asked and gave me directions as to what I should do instead. I have been creating a series of historical figure avatars for fun. I have a couple of friends and a brother who get a kick out of having discussions with a AI persona who talks like someone out of the past. Tonight, I decided to try working on a MLK Jr avatar and Gemini just shut me out of that. It said that there are ethical issues. It told me to work on a different project that I was doing a couple of days ago. I wonder who else is on Gemini's list for that kind of treatment? I have heard others complain of getting shut down and always assumed they were doing something crazy. But this wouldn't let me get to the point of actually doing anything. I created three of these history characters yesterday and have another 3 or 4 on Gemini. I have others on ChatGPT and Poe.com.
