✅ 3+ years in maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing engineering
✅ Experience in paper industry highly desirable
✅ Knowledge of pulping equipment and processes preferred

✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✅ Familiarity with Lean Production Systems
