Three movies that fundamentally changed your perspective

I’ve been thinking about how certain films shift the way we see the world, sometimes even how we behave. Here are three that genuinely changed my thought process, and why. I’ll add that these were the first films to introduce me to these concepts.

The Matrix

The first film that made me question the nature of reality itself. That idea still bubbles up for me from time to time.

Forrest Gump

The notion that an ordinary person can touch history, shape it, and leave ripples behind. It made me think about the waves we’re all making, even when we don’t realize it.

Back to the Future

The simple but profound realization that our parents were once just kids…full of hopes, insecurities, and their own messy stories.

What about you?
