By skyforbes I'm having the worst time trying to correctly prompt to an image to image generator that the ONLY change I want to an uploaded image is the change the left arm and hand to " performing the "F*ck You" gesture (middle finger extended, other fingers folded down, thumb holding them in place)" .

But when I use that anywhere, I get the same image back, at best.
What am I doing wrong?
