Movies where a boss fight takes place in an unsafe, empty building on some sketchy scaffolding like 4-8 floors up?

I am watching such a scene in Alex Cross right now. And it occurs to me that I’ve watched similar scenes in so many movies. Why is this particular scene done, overdone in movies? Why is it so prevalent in action/adventure?
So far I’ve got:
Alex Cross
every Spider-Man movie
every Batman movie
Die Hard

There’s got to be a ton, right? On some level even Ghostbusters qualifies. Probably half the James Bond series qualifies. Any other suggestions for me?
