More images in answers

ChatGPT now adds more inline images from the web to help you quickly understand topics like well-known people, places, and products. When visuals can add clarity, you’ll see images placed beside the relevant paragraph. You can click on any of the images to see them in original dimensions and with the source attribution.

coincidentally or not, this is when the issues with unprompted images and files started…
since openai/chatgpt is not giving any feedback, or proper advice on the support emails… i am wondering: is just an update that went wrong? there are too many users who have this issues… is not a model/vpn/ip/browser, OS, etc issue… is global but mainly on legacy models… i saw only a few 5.1 users who encounter this bugs…
thoughts?
