I have built an AI TripBot (Apple / Android) app that can generate a full 3-day itinerary in about 10 seconds.
With introduction of Gemini 3, we are able to create beautiful new itinerary-style images. And I am thinking to integrate Nano Banana Pro into the app, but the cost is pretty high (around $0.134 per image).
So, how would you design a sustainable business model around this?
Specifically:
• How many free requests would you offer per day (if any)?
• Would you put image generation behind a paid tier or credits?
• What subscription price point feels reasonable?
