My employer (I'm a DSP) is anxious about an upcoming audit and rolled back a signature on a shift I worked 6 days ago citing it is not detailed enough and needs to be "changed". They rolled back the signature, processed payroll, then left the office for 3 days lol. Emailed me on their way out the door to "fix" the notes, and then they went to enjoy their thanksgiving.
I'm not about to make up details that I don't remember. And I don't understand; if there was any form of documentation errors, why would they want me to edit shift notes from a week ago for a shift they've already decided I don't deserve to be paid for instead of just requesting the changes be made going forward? ATP it feels like they're punishing me for training me incorrectly and not addressing it until right before an audit, as if I haven't been working for the same company with the same client for 8 years now with only 5 star reviews from my client's family, every month.
