ChatGPT apparently now adds images from the Internet even if the prompt doesn’t need the Internet (or if it wasn’t used)

I've noticed that on some responses by ChatGPT, even if the model hasn't used the Internet for its response, it's able to add images from the Internet to the response as an image carrousel. It's very weird, because it always does it unprompted, even if the prompt didn't need the Internet, and even if the model didn't use the Internet.

Is this happening to anyone else too? I'm not a fan of it, to be honest. What do y'all think?
