Anyone have any favorite movie scenes that viscerally focus on something tactile? (E.g. that scene in Toy Story 2 where Woody gets repaired)

Was just rewatching that scene in Toy Story 2 where Woody gets repaired and refurbished by that elderly toy restoration expert, and those audio/visual moments where you see him use different tools to fix Woody up were oh-so satisfying. Another example that comes to mind are the various Mission Impossible movies like MI:3, seeing Ethan and his team using spy gadgets and tools to infiltrate the Vatican and create the Philip Seymour Hoffman Mask.

Just these mentally-stimulating, very tactile moments where characters are manipulating tools, pressing buttons, flipping switches and knobs, snapping together doohickeys that fit together, etc. with excellent sound effects, that have always stayed with you.
