What are some good strategy games where you control small but elite units?

Think like the modern warfare and black ops 1 mission where you direct the squads where to go or door kickers, where you onlt really direct so few guys per mission you can count them on your fingers

I'm just looking for something where my guys feel like a specialised force that is leagues above everyone else, but not to the point that theyre just flat out overpowered and it feels like easy mode if that makes sense
