The Prestige – The movie is played like a magic trick. They tell you it's a trick and even show you the trick yet you fall for it. Nolan at his best. You discover new things every time you watch it. Jackman and Bale played their roles wonderfully.
The Matrix – Kung Fu + sci – fi. My brain was blown away as a kid when i first saw it. Need i say more.
Shutter Island – I love a good mystery and a psychological thriller. And you have great acting from DiCaprio and direction from Scorsese. It's a masterpiece.
Scarface – I love the Shakespearean tragedy. The man who came as an immigrant, conquered the world and then let the ego get to his head and then falls from the top of the hill. I love the screen chewing acting from Al Pacino and the dialogs are so quotable.
It's hard to pick just 4, there are so many Tarantino movies, fincher movies and Cameron movies I'm missing out, not to mention, more Nolan and Scorcesse movies. But i get to pick only 4, so there goes.
