ChatGPT is not working for me

Since last night, ChatGPT is not able to generate anything. When submitting a prompt, it will show a black pulsating dot for a long time and eventually it will give me the error shown in the picture. My library is also not loading any previously generated images. Any ideas on how to fix this if this is something I am causing on my end?

I have tried clearing cookies and my cache. I have restarted my computer. I have used a different browser. I tried using ChatGPT on my phone.
