I recently had a fresh Windows install and before I install a third party application for the quick area selected screenshots or recording, I tried Snipping Tool and I was very impressed. It provides everything I need, very quick to simply drag and select an area, except the 60 FPS recording. I'd be so happy if I won't need to install a new program just for this.
The video is so choppy especially when I record smooth content. I wonder if it's coming at an Insider build. I don't understand why it doesn't exist as it should be a very simple number change and does not need any difference in implementation.
