Retrieving a photo from the lockscreen

I was wondering if anyone could help with my query as general googling has been no help 😀 my current lockscreen image is an image I no longer have on any device, no matter where I have looked. I was wondering if there was any possible way for me to save the image? Despite it being my lockscreen? I would really like general access to this image again.
