There is a sound effect in these two songs and it is driving me crazy…

There is a sound effect in CRAZY by LE SSERAFIM and An Obsession with Kit by Graham Kartna of a man yelling "What?!" and it sounds exactly the same to me in both songs, not only that, the sound effect is repeated in both songs and is hard to miss.

I was wondering if anyone could find the source of the sound and if it is the same sound used in both.
