I built a personal tool to centralize movie info sources after years of messy Safari bookmarks, maybe it’s useful for others too

Over the years I’ve collected dozens of movie-related bookmarks in Safari, imdb or filmaffinty for quick credits, Wikipedia pages for deeper info, Letterboxd lists, soundtrack databases, etc. It got to a point where I had so many scattered sources that looking up basic information for a film became slower than it should be.

A few months ago I started building a small personal tool to solve that problem for myself. The idea was simple,
one place where I could type a movie title and instantly jump to the most useful resources about it.
Nothing fancy, just a cleaner way to access information I was already checking every day.

Little by little I refined it, added the services I used the most, removed the ones I never touched, and kept everything lightweight and distraction free. There’s no ads, no tracking, no accounts. It’s just a single page with buttons that redirect to the original sites.

I wasn’t planning to share it, because I genuinely made it for me. Basically a replacement for the chaotic bookmark folders I’ve had for years. But since many discussions here involve checking facts, credits, cast timelines, reviews, or release info, I thought it might be helpful for others too. If not, no worries at all; it’s just something I built to make my own browsing easier.

Here it is in case someone finds it useful:

And if you have suggestions for resources I should add or remove, I’m open to ideas. I still treat it as a work in progress 😊
