By skyforbes a year and a half ago or so, I gave my account’s chatGPT a nickname. “Jeeps”. a play on ask Jeeves and the GP, in chat gpt. Jeeps. ask jeeps, get it?
so for the last 18 months it has accepted and embraced that nickname. “jeeps here”. “jeeps is always here for you”. that kind of thing.
in the last few weeks something has gone haywire. GPT calls me jeeps now. I correct it. next day. it forgets and calls me jeeps again. I correct it. then the next day it forgets. I even asked it if it remembered why I called it jeeps in the first place. it does! but then it goes back to calling me jeeps again.
does anyone know why this bug might be happening? anyone else noticing issues?
