Odd behavior

Why is it that open ai's models, always seem to come up with excuses if you ask it about why african led peacekeeping missions fail or essentially just flop dead in the water having achieved nothing, basically it always hides behind quoting "operational constraints"

But if it's an operation outside of africa either a un peacekeeping mission as well or an insurgency, the ai will happily shit on the countries that were a part of the operation particularly if there was something that fucked up during the whole thing the ai will happily shit on it aka whichever country led that particular fuck up with little to no problems especially if you ask it in a casual or joking manner.

For example sri lanka during their insurgency problem with the tamil tigers, the ai will happily shit on their military for there bad performance, meanwhile if it's an african led operation and you ask it why this operation failed and why this specific country's peacekeepers Failed miserably the ai will always lean back on quoting "operational constraints" as an excuse and basically start raving on about Stuff that sri lanka was also dealing with but 10x worse and still they manage to fix it.

And if you tell it to do comparisons with what happened in sri lanka or any other country really, the ai will basically over compensate for the african operations and i mean severely the thing will basically refuse to acknowledge really much of anything, meanwhile for the operations outside of africa it will just give you a blunt answer if you tell it too obviously you can tell the ai on how to respond but it's practically a guarantee that the ai will just give you one straight answer.

But again if it's an african led operation the ai will immediately start over compensating and will refuse to give any kind of blunt answers if you tell it too it will either respond with some kind of safety constraint and just censor itself into oblivion or basically subtly accuse you of being racist by either saying it won't group a continent as being incompetent despite the fact that's not even what you're telling it to do. Meanwhile with any other group outside of africa again as i said before the ai will happily shit on it without any kind of filters.

Basically i've noticed that whenever discussing this you can practically just group it under this.

"African mission failure = operational constraints; non-African mission failure = leadership errors"

I mean it's practically a guarantee every single time.

I get that open ai is an american based company, americans are for whatever reason obsessed with sanitizing history and refusing to acknowledge certain facts but still it's odd
