By skyforbes I updated to the newest windows 11 update today and I usually check my task manager a lot. Usually there are multiple processes using 0.1% – 0.9% usage. That is no longer happening. Another difference is the CPU usage spiking upwards of 90 percent on opening of Task Manager is also gone. It also usually idles at 1% but now idles at 0%. Did they change how Task Manager shows usage?
