Michigan – adult daughter has mental health issues and epilepsy. Recently kicked off medicaid. Needs meds.

My daughter was kicked off medicaid because they wanted MAGI work form.

My daughter is 27, has severe social anxiety, ADHD and epilepsy. She does not have a job. She has looked a bit, but work is hard for her, especially when she runs out of meds soon. It will impossible without her meds.

But medicaid wants her to turn in a MAGI form saying she they need proof of income in the past 30 days. She lives with me and other family in the same house. She has no income. She has not worked for 2 years. Her bank only account has closed, She no unemployment benefits or ssi/ssdi. I don't know how to prove something she doesn't have.

Is working required now? I've looked this up and read conflicting stories. And if so, taking someone off medicaid because they can't work, and by extension, their medication, seems pretty bass ackwards to me.
