This puzzled everyone at the office.
There doesn't seem to be any electronics attached to the USB cable. Nothing happened when I plugged it in a USB charger. There are nothing inside, except for a cable that seems to be connected directly to the USB connection.
My initial suspicion was that this is some kind of proprietary sensor or antenna/receiver that can be plugged to a specialized device. Even so, why does it use USB-A plug?
I don't wanna plug this thing into my PC.
