By skyforbes I am planning on getting a new laptop and it came to my attention that they no longer come with CD/DVD players. I started looking at external CD/DVD players and one that I was looking at said The newly released Windows system has stopped using external DVD media player software.
Does this mean if Windows Media Player won't play a file, you can't use something like VLC media player with Windows 11?
