Not only was it a great film and a great spin on the franchise, but moreover, it was a believable take within the world-building of the franchise.
James Bond as a franchise couldn't go to historic Native America, but Predator could.
Then over on Television, you got "Welcome to Derry" (2025), which also had a believable take by going back to historic Native America, as Pennywise had been in Derry for a millenia.
Are there any other franchises that could also go back to historic Native America believably?
