It’s very important to verify the validity of the email addresses you have before sending out emails. Using the Hunter Bulk Email Verifier tool, you can verify a list of email addresses in just one time. With this software, it’s important to make sure your list has professional emails only, and not webmails such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, and so on. On the platform, once your list is verified, you will see an overview of the results. There are four possible status results:
- Valid: This means it’s safe to use the email address.
- Accept-all: A status that’s assigned when the domain has an accept-all policy. This means that when Hunter sends a verification check, it always says the email is valid even if there is no inbox set up. So you don’t know if somebody will actually receive an email, and it’s possible that it will bounce if you send a message to it.
- Invalid: This means the email should not be used.

Bulk Domain Search
The bulk domain search allows you to find email addresses from a list of domains or company names. To use such functionality, you’ll need to have a list of domains. You can have domain names, but you can also have website URLs. However, it’s better to have the domains or websites, since this will help you find more emails that are more accurate. Once you have your list ready, you can move on to Hunter. To enter the list of domains on the platform, you can either copy-paste it directly into the text area or you can import your file. Before starting the bulk, you can configure a couple of options and filters, like the maximum number of emails per domain, the option to automatically verify the found email addresses, and the department choice option. In the end, the downloaded results will be in a CSV file saved to your computer. In that CSV, you’ll have a confidence score which represents Hunter’s confidence, and the deliverability of the email.
