Sandfall did it and it could have rippling effects over the gaming world

Sandfall did it these madlads!

The most nominated and the most awards won by a game with such humble beginnings is just so so amazing. And I thought we gamers won when Larian won GOTY with BG3 but this year, that an debut game from a new studio with such a small start could dominate so much makes me incredibly happy.

I only have 2 nitpick and that's that E33 is a JRPG yes, but KCD2 was an much better RPG and I am saddened that KCD didn't get anything even though I firmly believe that hadn't E33 came out this year, KCD would've taken the GOTY award.(Plus Tom McKay not even getting an nomination for VA? What's up with that??)

But overall this year has been a win for the smaller studios and and ass kicking to AAA studios and Ubisoft specifically. I hope seeing the success of Sandfall, that more devs shackled at places like Ubi will also break free and do their own thing to give us quality games like E33 or KCD2
