Why doesn’t anyone discuss Jonah Hill’s masterful delivery of awkward humor?

I swear Jonah Hill has perfected the technique of "funny because it's painfully awkward" as I watched 21 Jump Street again.
He delivers some lines that, in the hands of any other actor, would be unmemorable, but the way he falters, hesitates, or exaggerates the scene makes it ten times funnier.

He always has this strange, relatable energy that steals the show without even trying, whether it's in his serious roles or Superbad or Moneyball.

Is Jonah Hill one of the most innately humorous actors of the past 20 years?
