I just want to thank you for your help! I was wanting to reply and thank you in the original posting that I captured in the photos of your help, but new posts and replies are no longer accepted. I was researching on the battery icon and percentage for awhile and got the start menu and dark mode enabled, but never did find the right id # until I found your id. I tried your id numbers and restarted and new battery appeared. God bless you both!
