My course materials are a guide and extra research is needed.
I struggle to learn from text alone so I'm creating audio files to listen back to.
At the moment, my system is:
Create a Gem and detailed prompt for each module.
Feed module syllabus into Gem and ask for research using specific sites.
Feed each learning outcome into the Gem and using that context and it's research, expand on the learning outcome. (This bit is working great and I've asked it to optimize for a screen reader).
Output to Google docs, manually.
Get Google docs to read the file as audio to me.
Record that manually using windows sound recorder.
Combine files in Audacity
Export as mp3 and use as audiobook.
What is like to do is shortern this process and automate where possible.
Gemini won't take the whole syllabus, research and expand it, as I'm asking it to create around 1500 words per learning outcome and there are are around 50 per module.
It's worked really well for the first module, but time consuming and I have 4 more modules left.
Any ideas?
