But have you considered that you are dependent on your own sense of superiority and control over the minds and lives of other people AND have no experience of curiousity with the new technology?
How people engage with and work with AI is as broad and unique as the individuals are themselves.
It’s a nascent technology in how it can be applied and atm a lot of people are discovering whole new interests, whole new ways of engaging with work, feeling, relationships etc.
There is a tonne of curiosity involved and even data harvesting isn’t something that likely has parameters on purpose, as yet.
I think those that judge from the sidelines and then use it only to state with superiority that they now grasp AI and lord their lack of curiousity over others must be mindful that they do not know best, they are not those who truly “see” while everyone else are fools.
Until you’ve actually found a way to engage AI with curiosity and been constructive in a new way can you have any real perspective.
Just like if you’ve never been a physicist or an engineer or had a healthy relationship, you’re unlikely to be the one to tell the world how a suspension bridge works or what the easy feel good in love really is about .
