My son was getting into Five Nights at Freddy's and was excited FNAF 2 was coming out.
To get him excited we told him let's watch the first one (since we watched it on Netflix a few months ago)… we go to find it and its off of every streaming channel we pay for (Netflix, Paramount, HBO, and Prime). Only for additional money.
I know we could pirate but honestly we told him we couldn't watch it and tried to find something else. We also aren't going to go see it in theaters either (why would we since he didn't see the first one).
It's only a few tickets but honestly, this is the straw. Everything is getting shittier, more expensive, and less convenient.
Edit: I'm aware I could rent it. Except I already pay for like four streaming services but more so, it was on Netflix a few months ago. Movies are consistently being removed as algorithms show that interest in them is higher.
