Any doctors here? Let’s talk of Gemini AI experience in practice!

Hey docs.

I am an Internist. I am training my gemini model. Currently we have had discussions on latest guidelines amd management of cases.

I dont just prompt gemini "what do i do with heart failure", i go detailed (e.g. what are the current guidelines/recommendations on heart failure. Do a deep dive in journals for newest data.. etc)

I am now "training" my Gemini to read and use Harrisons Principles of Internal Medicine (22nd ed). Refining and giving it instructions on how to discuss topics, etc.

Anyone doctors here who has done something similar? Lets share tips!

EDIT:
To the idiot thinking that I am using AI to diagnose my patients.. sorry bro that ain't it. You are hallucinating worse than most AI models. I am using the AI to check out latest guidelines that i can read up on to brush up my knowledge.

Someone here has mentioned UpToDate is rolling out their own AI version, which is great since I am also subscribed to them. Once they roll it out that would be great.

Your doctors are doing everything to be updated in medical practice. Personally I don't want to be replaced by AI, so I am learning about this so I can use it to my advantage. This should be how all fields view AI – as a tool to make their work better and lighter.
