I submitted all my documents through the online portal, waited awhile, and about a month later I see that I am denied due to “failure to submit income verification.”
Is this really common? I’m going to call the office tomorrow and try and speak with them about it.
Also I am curious as to how long this could take to fix? I really need this help, and I am super stressed about it.
