By skyforbes I’m sure there are many games I would thoroughly enjoy but if I the art-style isn’t visually appealing to me I just can’t get into it. I’m trying to change, but I was curious if anyone agrees or has similar factors.
Edit: Wow thanks for all the replies! I suppose you’re right and I shouldn’t be ashamed for having tastes and preferences. I guess I was originally ashamed because I picture the poor game developer who’s game I didn’t buy solely based on the fact I wasn’t fan of the art-style, even if the rest of the game looked awesome.
But I’m still willing to try more games as some commenters said they fell in love with games whose art-style didn’t appeal to them at first. I really do think video games as a whole are an art form and I just wish I had time to try the all!
