Best AI to convert old Blog to PDF

I have been asking chat GPT and Gemini if they can help me turn an old blogger blog into an editable word file which I can eventually turn into a PDF to print into a book.

This is an old family blog I made when my kids were little. Lots of cute memories with text and pictures.

Chat GPT seems pretty confident it can do this for me and says I just need to upload the XML file and the zipped photos. I'm hesitant because I don't trust open AI to not use my data (like steal my writing and/or kid photos). But I'm not thinking I'm super special so maybe I should get over it? I will probably have to subscribe to a paid version to make this happen successfully.

Gemini seems less capable and is saying it can walk me though the steps to do it myself but won't convert my XML files into a word file for me.

Curious what AI you would use and am I missing a different AI tool that might do this better for me.
