By skyforbes Bought (and had shipped) an open box excellent laptop from bestbuy, and when I unboxed it, it was in fact in excellent condition, except for the fact it has windows 11 enterprise installed and couldn't log in using my personal account.
Will be taking it before the end of the week to best buy to show them this, is the only option to do a clean install of windows 11 home/pro with a newly purchased license key?
If that's the case, hopefully they'll refund the license key cost.
Do I have any other options?
