He’s so terribly balanced, so underpowered, has no uses in the meta. The devs said they were taking a cautious approach to his power level but completely threw it out the window when making daredevil. His ult is so bad it hurts.
He’s so cool but i feel like he will never have a meaningful buff since daredevil is in the game.
