can I have my taskbar only on my second monitor yet?

I still haven't updated from Windows 10, and my biggest reason is that the last time I checked, Windows 11 wouldn't let me have my taskbar only on my second monitor. This is really important to me; my primary monitor is landscape with no taskbar, so I have the whole screen. My secondary monitor is portrait, with the taskbar at the bottom. I do not want the taskbar on both monitors. Just the second monitor.

I've had it this way since… Windows XP, maybe? And I want to keep it this way, and I was really confused that I couldn't do this in Windows 11.

Is it still not possible to do this in Windows 11? Or did they change it?
