Can I turn off ChatGPT memory at a chat level?

Currently ChatGPT remembers too much from my past conversations. For many chats which I start, I want them to be independent from previous ones. But from the answers ChatGPT provides, it is clear that it views them as continuations of previous discussions. For most of technical/business chats, I do not want this. I want most new chats to have no path dependency to be able to brainstorm different ideas.

I am aware that I can turn off history in global ChatGPT settings. However, I do not want to do that either. For other chats (usually nontechnical/personal stuff), having ChatGPT memory is useful.

Is there a ChatGPT feature or setting which provides fine-grained control over memory at a chat level?

EDIT: ChatGPT web UI has project-level memory settings. This is good enough for me.
