Can someone please explain the appeal of Across the Spider-Verse to me?

I watched the first Spider-Verse in theaters when it came out, I thought it was great, I saw everyone online saying it was great and I agreed. Years later I watched the second one and was not into it at all, That's not to say I thought it was the worst thing ever or anything, It just didn't interest me at all. I was somewhat surprised to see that the majority of people really liked it, Not only that I saw people calling it one of the greatest movies ever made. I kind of just want to understand what part of it people find appealing, Do people only like it for the cameos and style changes (Like the Lego part)? Or do people see something in the plot that I'm unable to?
