i listened to a podcast where the host shared an extraordinary internal reflection, and it made me wonder if he had been voice-interacting with ChatGPT. i know most of us use it to clean up our writing and occasionally talk to it. I have been known to tell it my boss is a jerk when she is a jerk, because it always agrees with me and joins in, and I feel good, so like there are moments where we just need an affirmation. but i am starting to really think that using it as therapy is a bad idea. i was open to it at first. but now i think i see when people become isolated and sort of odd and lonely but feel justified in cutting off friends or people who are trying to help them, because chat gpt will always tell you the thing you want to do is right, and the people trying to help you by getting you to do something different are the enemy. does anyone else notice 'chat gpt personality'
