It came with a Copilot key where the right ctrl key used to be. I really needed that right control, and I don’t use copilot. Is there a way to rig it so that the copilot key just works like a ctrl key again?
I tried using Microsoft PowerToys to do some keyboard remapping shenanigans, but that didn’t work. Attempting to copy anything (ctrl-c, but using the remapped copilot key) oddly just brings up the "inspect" overlay on browser.
Do any of you fine folks know another way to make this work? Google didn't help, and I've got no clue how to troubleshoot this issue.
Edit: Fixed! I had tried to circumvent the issue in the past by remapping the key alone, then followed suggestions for remapping the win-shift-F23 shortcut without turning off the key remapping. THAT'S why it wasn't working– because it was both telling it F23=ctrl while also telling it win-shift-F23=ctrl. Oops. Thanks yall for the suggestions!
