By skyforbes Been using ChatGPT for a while. Recently asked it to forget all of its stored memories. I also went into my settings and cleared my archive, deleted all of my chats, deleted my memory, and actually attempted to delete my account because I wanted to start fresh on a new account
I deleted my account on my computer, but it’s still active on my phone. I have logged in and out multiple times and it’s still there. I’ve asked it to list what it knows about me and it will recall pretty much everything I’ve ever talked to it about, but when I go into my profile, my archive is completely gone. My chat history is gone and stored memories are gone. Wondering if anyone has encountered this and how to fix it?
