By skyforbes I signed up for Plus a little over a month ago and it was fantastic. It trained well, it was decently speedy. It did everything really well. These past 2 weeks it has been near unusable. I had it trained to pull data from some PDFs and add it to Excel (work specific). It has failed to do this every day for over a week, spitting out error codes when I attempt to download the file, or just straigt up freezing. I had it lighten the conversation telling it to use only the data and information it needs in a format usable to itself. I told it it didn't need to carry any memory in that conversation other than the ruleset (note: this did not break that function, that broke randomly later.) Has anyone else encountered this type of issue?
