By skyforbes I’ve been using Char GPT pro for around 6 months now. I discovered that my chat history beyond a month or so ago has disappeared. Also all my instructions
I asked Chat about it and it said that old chats will be deleted within 30 days if you manually delete them. I haven’t manually deleted anything.
I am logged into my pro account using the same credentials and I’m not in an incognito mode or whatever.
I pointed out the incongruity between states policy and my experience and Chat agreed that it’s inconsistent.
Anyone else experience this and were you able to recover past chats? If not this is a huge problem for me.
