By skyforbes Many times when I start a new chat and submit a prompt with a PDF attached, GPT 5.1 fails to read the PDF and instead says things like:
"The search returned no usable text from the PDF. That means I cannot extract metadata, references, author information, or full content through the connector. With zero retrieved content, I cannot verify authorship, venue, citations, methods, or claims."
Anyone else dealing with this?
