The Problem With Traditional AI Workflows

You start by copying your notes into ChatGPT. Then you write a long explanation of your business. Then you describe your audience. You give it your brand voice. Then you do it all over again tomorrow because AI has no memory of who you are or what you’re building.

That’s exhausting and a waste of your time.

And it’s why most creators never see real operational value from AI — they’re too busy feeding it the same information over and over again. Always prompting it to do the same thing it did just a few days ago. And then this doesn’t even include the time you waste just searching for those prompts.
