ChatGPT Plus vs Pro

I have been a long time Pro user paying my $200 and I don't regret any of it but I downgraded because I do more coding than anything else, I figured sticking with Plus and using another AI service better integrated with my code base directly in the CLI was the best option.

But there is a serious difference between Pro and Plus. Half the time I get:

I cannot find the PDF you uploaded please upload it again

But we have had 5 prompts since that PDF and while it's relevant it doesn't need to reread it everytime, also not sure why it cannot find it but with Pro I NEVER had that problem.

Also I was asking it some unrealted question about picking up groceries since I'm imobile for a few days to a pinched nerve the docs want me lied up in bed we were figuring out my optimal grocery haul, and all of a sudden it was spewing python on the screen and telling me what my eating schedule should be which I never asked it to do.

I understand there is a difference and should a difference on a $200/mo plan vs a $20/month plan but the answers in the $20/month plan are becoming non-nonsensical. I use Grok, Claude.AI, Claude Code, DeepSeep I am not a noob at this I also run my own Character AI platform that use OpenAI GPT4-mini in the backend, I wrote an AI platform that takes Jira stories -> Claude Code writes code based on your ADRs and code-maps (could swap for Codex) -> Code Generation -> Github Pulll requests so it's not like i am a n00b at prompt engineering, that's how I know there is a SIGNIFICANT difference in what you get with Plus vs Pro…

Is this in the fine print somewhere?
